This is my first post and I'm very excited to share with you all wonderful thoughts on religion, food, fashion, world news, and much more!!
Ok... yeah my blog is like ever other blog out there. lol
So what makes mine different? Well for one, I want this blog to bring people together. I want people to be involved from all over the world. I want to hear about your thoughts and I want you guys to write posts on here as well. I want to talk about topics that sometimes we as Muslims shy away from like LOVE! Yes love, that little monster. This is what I want...what do you WANT?
Alhumduillah it is a beautiful summer day. A day which I'm not complaining about the heat and turning on the A.C to the lowest temperature and looking like a cat lady. I was thinking about the greatness of Allah SWT. On a Saturday, he blessed me with great weather lol.
Ok seriously though, I was thinking about how there are people in this dunya (world) who lack faith in Allah SWT. You know what I have to say to them? Looking around you, hes really THERE and willing to help you! Look outside your window and look at the trees, the green grass, the sun shining, and the pretty flowers. All of that could be gone in an instant.
Who would have thought Micheal Jackson would have passed away at the age of 50 and yet Betty White is still kickin' it?
And most of all, look at yourself and the things you have been given. We all have desires and there's no doubt about it. Trust me, I have way too many desires lol. But the things we have are given and challenged with are those that will help us succeed and make us great human beings. InshAllah. Allah SWT knows best.
Allah SWT's presence flows through the air we breath, the skies we see, the noises we hear, the food we taste, and the things we touch.
